If you click on a link for our Ductmate University, and nothing happens, you have a pop-up blocker.  Pop-up blockers keep annoying advertisements away, but they also prevent these courses from running!  Please temporarily allow pop-ups until you are finished viewing Ductmate's online courses.  When you are finished, you can enable the pop-up blocking software again.  Click on the "Tools" menu in your web browser, and turn off your pop-up blocker.  (Use the same procedure to turn it back on later.)

For Internet Explorer 7, disabling your pop-up blocker will look like this:

You can also add Ductmate's website to your pop-up blocker's list of exceptions. This means that your pop-up blocker will always allow popups from this website. Since our only popups are for Ductmate University courses, this is perfectly safe and reasonable. This way, you won't have to allow pop-ups every time you want to use a Ductmate University Online course. Doing so will look something like this:

Type Ductmate's web address in the text field, as shown, and click the "Add" button, so that Ductmate's website appears in the "Allowed sites" list box.  Then click "Close." Now, Ductmate University will always work for you.
