Ductmate 25/35/45
These superior, rigid, quality controlled products have a clean neat appearance and give an airtight transverse connection.
The "No-Bolt" corners for both the 25 and 35 systems, provide the option of eliminating the bolt in each corner while maintaining the strength of the duct connection. The special corner clip slides onto guides and locks into position, providing a strong, good-looking, permanent connection. Duct can be shipped KD from your shop for rapid assembly in the field.
Ductmate '35' is also available in specialty metals. Consult distributor for minimum order, schedule and pricing.
Ductmate '25'/'35'/'45' Systems®
Technical Data
Ductmate '45' was tested in accordance with SMACNA testing procedures. No external sealant was employed and the test results reveal: the Ductmate '45' system is comparable to a SMACNA Class K transverse joint; the Ductmate '35' systems are comparable to the SMACNA Class "J" transverse joint and the Ductmate '25' systems are comparable to the SMACNA Class "F" joint. Ductmate '35' in stainless steel exhibits the same performance as galvanized. Aluminum DM35 is comparable to a SMACNA H connection. DM25 and DM45 are not available in aluminum or stainless. DCIIIB or DCIIIA corner pieces are not available in aluminum or stainless. DC35 corner pieces must be used with aluminum or stainless. Aluminized or stainless cleat are used with aluminum flanges. Cleat is not available in aluminum. Do not notch the corners when fabricating ductwork for the Ductmate System.
