To apply for an employment opportunity with Ductmate
Industries, click the link at the right to download the PDF
application and follow the instructions on the form. When
you are finished, you can submit the application via Email by
clicking the button at the top of the form. If you use a
desktop Email application like Outlook or Eudora, select the
first option on the pop-up dialog box.
The application form
will be attached to an email message, and then saved in your
Outbox. Please include your cover letter in the body text of
the email, and send the email with the attachment. If you
have a resume, you may attach it to the email, also. If you
use a web-based email program like Hotmail or Yahoo, then
select either the second or third option on the pop-up dialog
box.
Follow the instructions for emailing the application as
an attachment. You can also attach your resume to your email
in the same way. If you cannot email the application, you
may print the application form and mail it to us. Enclose
your cover letter and resume, and address the envelope to:

Alternatively, you may also fax your application materials to
